A Fun Skirt

I thrifted this skirt a few weeks ago when I was visiting Cassie in Appleton. I fell in love with it and had to have it, and then I put it in my closet and never wore it, and I'm not really sure why. So yesterday morning when I woke up late and had to get ready in ten minutes, this is what I came up with, and now I remember why I bought this skirt. Because it's awesome. Sometimes getting ready in a rush provides the greatest outfits.
