I have a confession to make. I didn't actually wear this outfit today. I didn't get dressed at all today because I didn't really leave the house. Cas took these pictures yesterday morning before she left to go home, but then I ended up changing later in the day. So, if I had left the house, this is what I would have worn.
I love this scarf! It's big and warm, and it comes with a hood! Most of my coats don't have hoods so I like to wear this scarf a lot in the cold months.
I decided to experiment with wearing summer colors in the fall. It's fun pairing my usual summer skirt with my fall boots. It's a little more unexpected.
I meant to take pictures of my thrift finds, but I think that will have to wait until later this week. I have two exams on Tuesday, so that takes priority. But this coming week I will be sharing with you a few things I plan on adding to this blog. I have great plans for when I'm finished with my 30x30!
Yeah, the skirt came as a surprise! I was expecting pants. I love the knitted scarf thing. I'm actually going to make myself some spirit hoods (like that, but with faux animal fur and ears) to wear in my next post. BTW, where did you get your shoes from?

I actually got my shoes from Kmart! They have great shoes for a really good price. If you go to sear.com (kmart is owned by sears), they have a lot of options they don't always have in stores. I can't wait to see your spirit hoods!
