Dress! - Day 11

 Cas and I took pictures on our porch this morning because it was raining out. The rain ruins everything. No natural light, meaning you can't see my new(ish) hair color. I got it lightened a bit so now it is just a warm brown. Better pictures to come tomorrow.

 Over the summer, I started really getting into sundresses. I never used to wear dresses all the time. For some reason, I just never wanted to seem like a girly-girl (even though I totally am!) so I just avoided them. But last summer I went a little crazy and bought a whole bunch. Now, my task is trying to make them fall and winter appropriate. I've been wanting to wear this dress without my red crocs for a while now, I've just been waiting for the weather to cool down.

I used to have these boots in a lighter brown. They were my favorite boots ever! I wore them so much until the heel wore out and there were holes in the bottom. Unfortunately, they didn't have the lighter brown anymore, so I settled on these ones. I'm not too upset though. I'm a firm believer in buying an exact replica of something when the original wears out. I've done it with jeans, shoes, even sweaters. I get very attached to my things! :)
